By accessing or using the services of ARC Electric ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

ARC Electric provides residential and commercial electrical services in Milpitas, San Jose, and the greater Santa Clara County area. Our services include but are not limited to electrical repair, panel upgrades, EV charger installation, generator installation, and home rewiring. All work is performed by licensed electricians under California Contractors State License Board (CSLB) License #1079430.

3. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided are based on information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may vary if additional work is required upon inspection. Any changes to scope will be communicated and approved by the customer prior to proceeding. ARC Electric reserves the right to adjust pricing based on materials, labor, and permit costs.

4. Scheduling and Cancellations

Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled with reasonable notice. ARC Electric reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will make every effort to notify you promptly and find an alternative time.

5. Permits and Inspections

ARC Electric obtains all required permits for electrical work as mandated by local jurisdictions. Permit fees are included in or added to the project cost. Work will be inspected by the relevant authority having jurisdiction (AHJ) as required by code.

6. Warranty

ARC Electric warranties its labor for one (1) year from the date of project completion. Manufacturer warranties apply to parts and equipment as provided by respective manufacturers. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or modifications made by parties other than ARC Electric.

7. Limitation of Liability

ARC Electric's liability is limited to the cost of the work performed. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. ARC Electric maintains general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage as required by California law.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing safe and accessible work conditions, including but not limited to clear access to electrical panels, attics, crawl spaces, and work areas. Failure to provide adequate access may result in delays or additional charges.

9. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. ARC Electric accepts cash, check, and major credit cards. Financing options are available — contact us for details. Unpaid balances may be subject to collection proceedings.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in Santa Clara County, California.
